About Online Personal Training.
We all live busy life’s these days and for some of us it can be difficult to commit to going to a gym at pre-scheduled times. If you find yourself in this situation my online Personal training could provide you with the perfect solution. This program enables you to choose what time you train and the location whether that be in the gym or at home and you will also be following the workouts and nutritional plan that have been designed specifically for you.
What your online Personal training will consist of.
You will First receive a free no obligation online or phone consultation in which we will discuss your present physical condition, your goals, your preferred type of training and then together we will outline a plan that suits your individual needs and concerns.
After your free consultation if you decide to proceed you will be asked to fill in an in-depth questionnaire on your health, diet, body measurements, weight and number of times per week you can train.
What happens when you are ready to begin.
Once you are ready to start you will receive the first week of your personal exercise and nutrition plan in which every exercise will be explained in detail. You will also be contacted after your first workout to ensure you are happy with it and also to answer any questions you may have.
Once the first week is finished your progress will be evaluated and you will receive an updated workout and diet plan for the following week.
How will my progress be checked.
Thereafter, your progress will be evaluated every week and the changes needed to keep you on schedule to achieve your goals will be made.
